CA Naresh Batra (Promoter & Senior Partner)

CA Naresh Batra is the founding and senior-most partner of M/s Naresh Batra & Associates, established in 1986. With over three decades of professional experience, he has been a driving force behind the firm’s success and expansion.
A commerce graduate (B.Com), he pursued Chartered Accountancy and, upon qualifying, set up the firm with a vision to offer comprehensive and high-quality financial, audit, and advisory services. Over the years, he has built a strong reputation in audit, taxation, project financing, business restructuring, and management consultancy, providing strategic solutions to a diverse clientele.
Under his leadership, the firm has continuously evolved, integrating modern financial practices with traditional expertise, ensuring clients receive innovative and value-driven solutions. His guidance and mentorship play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of young professionals within the firm.

CA Bijendar Singh Bisht (Partner) (B.Com, FCA, DISA)

CA Bijendar Singh Bisht is a Fellow Member of ICAI, having qualified in November 2012. He has been associated with the firm since 2009 and was inducted as a partner in December 2015.
With extensive expertise in accounting, audit & assurance, and taxation, he plays a crucial role in the firm’s professional service offerings. He has successfully completed the GST Certificate Course (ICAI) in 2017 and has further enhanced his technical proficiency by qualifying DISA (ICAI) in 2025, strengthening his expertise in information systems audit and risk management.
Having completed his articleship from a reputed firm in Lucknow, he brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience, ensuring efficient compliance, risk assessment, and advisory services for clients across industries.

CA Priya Batra (Partner) (B.Com, ACA, DISA, MSME)

CA Priya Batra is an Associate Member of ICAI, having qualified in December 2021. She joined the firm as a partner in July 2022 and has been holding a Certificate of Practice since April 2022.
She completed her articleship at Naresh Batra & Associates and has gained significant experience in accounting, audit & assurance, taxation, and compliance matters. She has further strengthened her credentials by qualifying DISA (ICAI) in 2024 and completing the MSME Certificate Course (ICAI).
Demonstrating her commitment to global financial expertise, she is currently pursuing ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK). This international qualification will further enhance her proficiency in IFRS, global taxation, and financial advisory, adding an edge to her professional skill set. Her dynamic approach and dedication to continuous learning make her an invaluable asset to the firm
