Our Team

CA Naresh Batra (Promoter & Senior Partner)
CA NARESH BATRA is the promoter and senior most partner of the firm. He has established this firm in the year 1986. He has vast and varied experience in various fields from audit, taxation, projects funding and implementation and other management consultancy services.
On completing graduation (B.Com) he opted to go for chartered accountancy. Upon qualifying C.A. he established his own firm in name of M/s Naresh Batra & Associates in the year 1986.
After the establishment of the firm he looked forward to work in the area of traditional as well as new value added services with a view to utilize his vast and varied exposure in various fields for the benefits of clients.
He is a versatile leader and supportive guiding force for the young partners of the firm.

CA Bijendar Singh Bisht (Partner) (B.COM, FCA)
He is a Fellow Member of ICAI. Qualified in November 2012 and joined the firm as partner in Dec 2015. He is associated with the firm since 2009. He has done his Articleship from a reputed firm in Lucknow and is having rich experience in the field of Accounting, Audit and Assurance services, Taxation matters. He has completed GST Certificate Course of ICAI in 2017.

CA Priya Batra (Partner) (B.COM, ACA, DISA, MSME)
She is an Associate Member of ICAI. Qualified in December 2021 and joined the firm as partner in July 2022. She is holding certificate of practice from April 2022 and handling issues on Audit & Taxation. She has done her Articleship from Naresh Batra & Associates. She is having rich experience in the field of Accounting, Audit and Assurance services, Taxation matters. She has qualified DISA in 2024 and has completed MSME Certificate Course of ICAI.
